Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Order Changes

Please double-check your size, color, shipping address, and other selections before completing your purchase.

Because many of our products are ordered or made specifically after your purchase is placed, orders cannot be canceled or changed once they have been submitted to our supplier or entered production.

If you notice an error immediately after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help if your order has not yet been processed, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds

Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Ordering the wrong size or color
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Items that do not fit as expected when an accurate size chart was provided
  • Preorder items
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Made-to-order or print-on-demand products

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and work with you to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund when applicable.

Please do not discard damaged items or packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Shipping

Urban Mama Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers after an order has shipped.

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property and with household members or neighbors and contact the shipping carrier. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us and we will help determine the next steps.

Preorders

Estimated shipping and arrival times for preorder items are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur that are outside of our control.

By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge the estimated timeframe provided in the product description.

Final Sale Items

Custom, personalized, preorder, clearance, and made-to-order items are final sale unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

By completing a purchase with Urban Mama Boutique, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
